Reach Beyond Community Services (formerly Hipark Disability Services) was founded in 2022 by a young  graduate who acquired 6 years of experience in the disability industry. 

Prior to establishing Reach Beyond Community Services, our founder gained extensive experience working with a variety of organisations—both large and small. This included working in day programs, supported independent living, and respite, which all helped develop a deep understanding of the challenges disability organisations face daily.

Starting with only 1 participant, we grew very slowly through word-of-mouth and hope to continue to grow focusing on the quality of service over the quantity.

We are committed to inclusivity in our service delivery and embrace a relationship-based approach with all participants—people with disabilities, young people and children in Out Of Home Care, their families, and communities—across NSW.
