With the NDIS, you’ll identify the supports necessary to achieve your goals and receive funding through your NDIS plan to cover these supports. You also have the freedom to select the disability providers you wish to work with.
Reach Beyond can collaborate with you and your support network to navigate your NDIS journey. We assist from the planning and application stages to bringing your NDIA plan to fruition.
Reach Beyond charges participants for services according to the pricing limits specified in the NDIS Support Catalogue.
Are you eligible?
To determine your eligibility for the NDIS, please review the following criteria to see if you may qualify:
- You are under 65 years of age.
- You are an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen holding a Protected Special Category Visa.
- You have a permanent and/or significant disability that affects your daily life and requires assistance from others, equipment, or assistive technology.
Use the NDIS Access Checklist to verify if you meet the requirements for NDIS funding.
NDIS Services
Some services that are covered by the NDIS include:
- Assistance with accommodation or tenancy.
- Support with daily living tasks in a group or shared living environment.
- Help with personal daily activities.
- Development of daily living and life skills.
- Participation in group and center-based activities.
- High-intensity support for personal daily activities.
- Involvement in community, social, and recreational activities.
- Specialised assessment of skills, abilities, and needs.
